Elizabeth Carroll has been Deputy Chief Executive since the company started in 2006. In the first two years of business this was very much an operational role, however, the organisation’s management, infrastructure and staff have developed such that Elizabeth’s role is now much more focused on strategic growth and business development.

Elizabeth has a keen interest in improving health inequalities and services for older people.
