HR Officer
Helen’s role involves monitoring the recruitment process, developing the company’s current HR policies (to ensure they are in line with current best practice) and to ensure compliance with current Employment Law at all levels within the company. Helen also aims to provide supportive, positive guidance and advice as required for management, staff and trainees.
Helen has studied HR for a number of years and holds a bachelor’s degree and post graduate diploma in personnel management. She is also a graduate member of the CIPD – the accredited body for HR in the UK. Helen has worked in the voluntary sector for a total of seven years and enjoy the ethos and culture of work in this sector. Helen is motivated by working for a organisation who “gives back” to the community. She has also spent a short period of time working in HR for the private sector.
