Programme Manager

Justine ‘s role consists of supporting the Pregnancy Outreach Workers (POWs), to reflect the needs of the communities, that are most at risk of infant deaths. She is responsible for raising the profile of the service, liaising with midwifery services and ensuring that the service meets the needs of its clientele.

In the past, she was a support worker in a mother and baby unit, so she is able to understand the complex and chaotic lives that some service users lead. Justine’s previous experience gives her the ability to offer practical support and advice to the POWs.
