Programme Manager

Michelles’s role consists of supporting the Pregnancy Outreach Workers (POWs), to reflect the needs of the communities, that are most at risk of infant deaths.She manages the Sparkbrook and Springfield Pregnancy Outreach Workers.

She has developed a career in supporting children and families. In previous roles, she managed a private nursery and established a mobile crèche which offered childcare to local disadvantaged communities.
