Vicki Fitzgerald, Chief Executive
Vicki has worked for the past 14 years on regeneration in Birmingham, with a particular focus on the development of people in local communities. Vicki led the development of new qualifications to equip the workforce to deliver high-quality services which responds to increasing health inequalities.
Vicki was the Birmingham programme lead for the Department of Health Race for Health programme specifically looking at developing approaches to promote race equality in the workforce.
Vicki set up the ‘Year in Industry’ programme for health, in the Midlands, which specifically targets young people to work in the health sector, and has set up an innovative approach to implement high quality apprenticeships into the West Midlands NHS
