If you would like to make an informal comment about a service or a member of staff, including compliments and suggestions of improvement, you can drop us a line using this form. If you are pleased with the service you have received or want to thank a member of staff, we’d be especially happy to hear how Gateway has helped you.

Complaints and suggestions for improvement are also very welcome but please note this form is for informal comments, and they will not be formalised in the way a formal complaint would.

If you have given us some useful feedback, we may use it anonymously in our public communications, including our blog or social media. Your name will not be used but, even so, please tell us if you would prefer us not to.

Comments sent via this form will be sent via unencrypted email and read by a member of our admin team, who will decide on the best way to deal with your feedback. Your message may be shared internally and used to inform or improve our services.
