The role of the Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership is to gather and understand feedback and experiences from women, birthing people and their families who are currently or have recently used maternity, neonatal and health visiting services in the Black Country Area.
We work with the Local Maternity & Neonatal Transformation System and feedback through them to support and encourage change in Maternity & Neonatal Services across the Black Country.
We are keen to hear about your experiences with local maternity and/or neonatal services, preferably over the past 3 years, and would love for you to share your story with us, including what went well, what was memorable and even what you feel didn’t go so well or could have been improved throughout your journey. You can complete our online ‘Share Your Story’ form or get in touch and we can arrange for you to feedback in a different way.
This is also for parents and families that have experienced the loss of their baby/babies during pregnancy or shortly after birth. If you have experienced pregnancy or baby loss please include these stories and your experience of bereavement care services. If this was more than 3 years ago then please contact us at blackcountrymnvp@gatewayfs.org
We do understand that this can be emotive and appreciate you taking the time to respond. Anything you tell us will be kept strictly confidential and feedback will be shared anonymously unless you have given us permission to share your details outside of the MNVP. All electronic and paper copies will be stored safely and securely by Gateway Family Services. You can find details of our Privacy Policy HERE.
