The Solihull Integrated Lifestyle Service is delivered by Gateway Family Services and its primary partners. We can support a wide range of lifestyle changes, including stopping smoking, losing weight, doing more activity and eating more healthily. To be eligible, you should live in Solihull or have a Solihull GP.
