Gateway Family Services – Telephone System Upgrade

4th July 2025

What’s happening?
On Monday 7th July 2025, we’ll be upgrading our telephone system to serve you better. During the upgrade we may experience a temporary loss of telephone service and will be unable to take incoming calls.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We expect the upgrade to be complete by end of day Monday 7th July, and normal phone service will resume on Tuesday 8th July 2025.

How to reach us during the upgrade
Although our phones will be down, our teams are still available by email. Please direct your enquiries to the appropriate address below (email addresses to be confirmed):

Existing customers
If you already work with a Gateway Link Worker or Support Worker, please contact them directly in the first instance.

New to Gateway?
If you’re seeking support for the first time, please email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If your matter can wait until phone service resumes, we’d be grateful if you’d contact us from Tuesday 8th July 2025.

Thank you for bearing with us as we make these improvements. We look forward to continuing to support you with an even better phone service!
